What this website represents
Kampus Dvory is the working name of a private investment concept. This website introduces development possibilities and invites discussion. It is not a binding sale offer, a promise of returns, confirmation of development rights or a contractual commitment.
Fact, plan and vision
Fact indicates sourced information as of the source date. Plan describes a third party's published intentions, subject to further conditions. Vision is our concept, not an approved project. Employment and energy estimates are neither guarantees nor confirmed capacity.
Information must be independently verified before an investment decision. Current official documents and specific statements from authorities and utility operators are decisive. Naming an organization does not imply its participation in, support for or approval of Kampus Dvory.
Privacy and enquiries
The enquiry service is in preparation. Until the form is activated, its contents are not saved to a database or Google Sheets or sent for handling.
Once activated, the form is intended to send your name, email, optional organization and role, interest and message to a private Google Sheet to handle your enquiry. Requests for updates include consent to receive project information. Unsubscribe requests and personal-data enquiries will be handled through the published controller contact.
The controller's identity, privacy contact and retention rules must be added before accepting enquiries. The form remains inactive until then. Anti-abuse protection temporarily uses a pseudonymized connection identifier; message contents are not written to application logs.
External services
Opening the interactive map loads data from ČÚZK and optionally OpenFreeMap. Those providers receive technical details needed to serve map data. Fonts and static map images are hosted with this website. Optional analytics is disabled in this version.
Rights and sources
Orthophotos and cadastral data: ČÚZK. Public documents link to their original publishers. We link to media articles rather than reproduce them. Architectural renders and video are not yet part of the presentation.
